Originally from Sianhala, in the Bagoué region, Nabil Nouho Ballo holds a Master's degree in Audit & Control and a technical engineering diploma in Finance Accounting. Far from limiting himself to a career in finance, he very early on turned his gaze towards entrepreneurship, gradually founding a conglomerate with plural activities brought together under the N Group banner. N Plastics constitutes one of the most recent and most emblematic industrial pillars. Specializing in the production and distribution of plastic packaging and bottles of all kinds, N Plastics positions itself as a local response to a demand long satisfied by imports.

The company's “Made in Ivory Coast” positioning is part of the national industrial policy, which identifies the chemical and plastics industries among the priority development sectors. In a sector where plastic packaging represents 95 billion FCFA at the national level, the presence of local players like N Plastics helps to reduce dependence on imported products. Beyond production, N Plastics is part of a strong social vision. The Honorable Nabil Ballo, elected deputy in December 2025, makes the employability of young people from Bagoué a priority, by integrating them in particular into its various industrial structures.

By combining industrial ambition and territorial commitment, N Plastics embodies a model of entrepreneurship anchored in Ivorian realities, that of a local industry contributing to development national.
