Thus, both parties attested that these exchanges, conducted in a constructive spirit, aim above all to consolidate the position of the Port of Abidjan in the face of sub-regional competition. For several months, the Port Authority has been increasing this type of meeting with the platform's operators, whether they are concessionaires, unions or technical partners, in order to adjust its strategy to the realities on the ground.

Ultimately, this hearing confirms the PAA's desire to build open port governance, where each concessionaire can contribute, through dialogue, to the overall effectiveness of the platform from Abidjan.
