PND 2026-2030: operational reforms in the service of industrialization
Côte d'Ivoire is taking a new step in its march towards emergence. The National Development Plan 2026-2030, with an overall envelope of 114,838.5 billion CFA francs (70.2% financed by the private sector) is based on a matrix of precise and immediately operational reforms. At the heart of the system is the creation of a Single Window for investors, based on the principle of a centralized “one stop shop”. This mechanism aims to shorten administrative delays and strengthen the attractiveness of the Ivorian territory. Added to this are the National Champion Label, Performance Contracts between the State and labeled companies, as well as the Industrial Investment and Development Fund (FIDI), intended to catalyze industrial growth. The Local Content Policy, establishing national subcontracting quotas, and the establishment of an integrated private sector ecosystem complete this system. At the same time, the revision of the Entrepreneurship Status aims to accelerate the formalization of the informal sector.
