PAA - SITARAIL: a summit meeting for regional logistics
The Director General of the Autonomous Port of Abidjan, Kassoum Traoré, received in audience Simplice Essoh, CEO of SITARAIL, as part of a courtesy visit focused on sub-regional logistical and economic issues, a few days ago. Mr. Essoh congratulated Kassoum Traoré for his appointment as head of the PAA and for his appointment as President of the Abidjan Port Community, of which SITARAIL is a member. He also passed on the encouragement of the railway company's 1,500 railway workers. This meeting illustrates the complementarity between rail and the port in the West African logistics chain.
