Agricultural mechanization is now emerging as a training issue. Indeed, the Institut National Polytechnique Félix Houphouët-Boigny (INP-HB) hosted the signing ceremony of a partnership between its Higher School of Agronomy (ESA) and the Société de Commerce et de Representation Industrielle (SACRI). This agreement marks a new stage in the collaboration between the great Ivorian engineering school and SACRI, by combining theoretical contributions and practical skills for the benefit of future players in the agricultural world. the long-standing cooperation maintained with SACRI. He also thanked this structure for its donations of agricultural equipment, concrete contributions to strengthening the educational capacities of the ESA.

Beyond training, Dr Diaby underlined the strategic scope of the agreement. The INP-HB intends to rely on this partnership to set up a structuring project to be submitted to the Professional Training Development Fund (FDFP) and the Youth Employment Agency (AEJ), with a strong entrepreneurship component. This initiative is part of the dynamic of modernization of the Ivorian agricultural sector, in response to the imperatives of productivity and employability of young people.
