Ivory Coast – Mauritius Forum: CEPICI pleads for an investment partnership

The Center for the Promotion of Investments in Côte d'Ivoire (CEPICI) took part in the Côte d'Ivoire - Mauritius Forum, co-organized by the Economic Development Board Mauritius and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Côte d'Ivoire. The event, held around the theme “Mauritius: your strategic partner in Côte d'Ivoire”, brought together economic players from the two countries. On behalf of CEPICI, Thierry Badou, Director of Investment Attraction, participated in a panel dedicated to strategic complementarities between the two nations and opportunities for investment cooperation. The discussions highlighted the respective strengths of the two economies. Ivory Coast as a regional growth hub in West Africa, and Mauritius as a well-established financial center and business platform on an African scale. This meeting is part of an Ivorian strategy to diversify economic partnerships, aiming to mobilize investment flows from countries with strong financial and technical capacity, beyond traditional European and Asian partners.
