Diplomacy: Minister Nialé Kaba elevates Ivorian-Moroccan cooperation to a strategic level
From May 19 to 23, 2026, the Minister of State and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Nialé Kaba, made an official visit to Morocco at the invitation of her Moroccan counterpart, Nasser Bourita. The high point of this diplomatic stay was a high-level meeting held recently in Rabat. The two heads of diplomacy praised the excellent friendly relations between their two countries and worked to strengthen the bilateral partnership in strategic areas. They particularly underlined the importance of implementing the recommendations resulting from the 5th Session of the Great Joint Commission for Ivorian-Moroccan Cooperation, as well as the need to reactivate the Côte d'Ivoire Economic Impulse Group. The two Ministers also converged on major international issues, affirming their common attachment to multilateralism.
