Cooperation: signing of agreement between INP-HB and Accra Technical University
On Friday May 29, 2026, the Institut National Polytechnique Félix Houphouët-Boigny (INP-HB) in Yamoussoukro welcomed a delegation from the Accra Technical University (ATU) of Ghana, led by its Vice-Chancellor, Professor Amevi Akakpovi. The two institutions officially signed an academic partnership agreement, marking a significant step in sub-regional academic cooperation. This agreement aims to establish a structured and sustainable framework for collaboration in the fields of higher education, scientific research and institutional development. The two establishments, recognized as references in their respective countries for technical and technological training, thus intend to pool their expertise and strengthen their influence across West Africa. This partnership between INP-HB and ATU is part of a growing trend of African academic integration, favored by bodies such as ECOWAS. It opens the way for exchanges of students, researchers and joint educational programs, helping to train a generation of technical executives capable of responding to the challenges of regional industrial development.
